Reservation and Residence Policy:

Reservations made at least one (1) day in advance.
All reservations guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit equal to first night stay. Full balance due upon check-in.
Two (2) nights minimum required for weekends.
Deposits required (50% non-refundable) for extended stays (more than seven nights) and multiple room reservation.
Walk-ins accepted.
Children accepted, subject to good behavior.
No pets allowed.
Visa and MasterCard over the phone or All Credit Cards accepted through PayPal®
Check-out time is 12 noon; check-in time is 4 pm.
13% Sales Tax applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel all or part of your reservation less than (10) days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged one night.
If you cancel on the arrival date or shorten your stay, you will be charged in full.
