RESERVATION AND RESIDENCE POLICY

* Reservations made at least one (1) day in advance.
* All reservations guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit equal to first night stay. Full balance due upon check-in.
* Two (2) nights minimum required for weekends.
* Deposits required (50% non-refundable) for extended stays (more than seven nights) and multiple room reservation.
* Walk-ins accepted.
* Children accepted, subject to good behavior.
* No pets allowed.
* Visa and MasterCard over the phone or All Credit Cards accepted through PayPal®
* Check-out time is 12 noon; check-in time is 4 pm.
* 13% Sales Tax applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* If you cancel all or part of your reservation less than (10) days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged one night. * If you cancel on the arrival date or shorten yourstay, you will be charged in full.
